Color Coated Coils

Colour coating is often an endless, highly automated process of coating the metal with a protective layer of paint. MCMIL produces superior quality colour-painted products that combine the strength of metal with the aesthetics of the paint while improving its corrosion resistance. Advanced machining and coating techniques make sure that the coating adheres firmly to rock bottom metal and doesn't peel off during rolling, bending, or another process. A two-handed, double-firing process that involves two stages of spreading and firing after the pre-treatment of the slab, helps us to ensure a superior quality product. The metal of the substrate is first coated with a primer to permit for better adhesion with the second layer of paint, which provides the products with a vibrant appearance and provides additional protection against the weather, improving their longevity. MCMIL offers its products pre-painted during a sort of paint systems, including Regular Modified Polyester (RMP), Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP), Super Strong Polyester (SDP) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF).
